These terms cover the website and portal. Licences for the VYREON software are governed by the licence agreement provided with each licence; the website, the portal and VYREON are operated by the company named below.

Accounts
You must give accurate information, keep your password confidential and tell us about any unauthorised use. One account per person; accounts are for customers and prospective customers of VYREON.
Licence requests
Submitting a request does not create a licence or a contract. Every request is reviewed; we may ask for more information or decline a request.
Licence files and downloads
Licence files, software packages and documentation in the portal are confidential and provided only to licensed customers. Do not share them with third parties. VYREON is proprietary software; reverse engineering, redistribution or circumvention of licensing is not permitted except where the law expressly allows it.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break the security of the website, overload it, or use it to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website and portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. VYREON gateways keep protecting your network when the website or the licence service is unavailable.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
