Privacy policy

How this website handles personal data. Last updated: 18 October 2026.

This policy describes the technical behaviour of the website. The company named below operates the website and is responsible for the data described here.

Who is responsible

ARKA UNIVERSAL IMPEX SRL, CUI 11036280, Trade Register J40/8831/1998, Str. Padureni Nr. 1, Bloc 51, Bucuresti, Romania.
Privacy and data-protection contact: the contact form, or the contact address shown in your customer portal.

What we collect and why

  • Contact form: name, e-mail address, optional company, subject and message, to answer your enquiry.
  • Licence requests: name, e-mail address, optional organisation and country, intended use, requested licence type, number of gateways, node fingerprints you choose to give us, and optional details, to process the request.
  • Customer accounts: name, e-mail address, optional company and country, a password hash (never the password itself), licences and requests, and a record of security-relevant account activity.
  • Technical data: to prevent abuse we keep keyed hashes of IP addresses for rate limiting, and IP addresses in the audit log of security-relevant actions for at most 180 days.

Online licence checks

A VYREON gateway with a licence installed sends a daily request containing only the licence ID, the node fingerprint, the product version and a random number. No configuration, traffic or customer data is transmitted.

Cookies

The website uses only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie when you sign in, and a security cookie that protects forms against cross-site request forgery. There are no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, and the site loads no third-party scripts or fonts.

E-mail

We send transactional e-mails only: account confirmation, password reset, security notices, request and licence updates. Product news is sent only if you opt in in your profile.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. When you request deletion, we remove your personal data from your account and requests; licence records and audit entries are kept in anonymised form where we are required to keep them for contractual, accounting or legal reasons.

Your rights

You can view and correct your data in your profile, request deletion of your account, and contact us about access, correction, restriction, portability or objection through the contact form or, if you have an account, the contact address shown in your customer portal.
